Perfluorooctanoic Acid(PFOA)

PFOA is a kind of strong orgnic acid, which has low surface tension and high surface activity, being used as surfactant, dispersant and additive.POFA and its derivatives are important intermediates for fluoride hydrophobic and hydrophilic agent, and leather finishing agent.

Main Applications:

The ammonium or sodium salt of PFOA is exellent anion surfactant and indispensable for preparation of fluoride resin (PTFE, PVDF, FEP, ETFE) and FKM. PFOA is also effective metal detergent and intermediates of finishing agent for hydrophobic and hydrophilic leather, paper, and fiber. Its ester derivatives can be used as effective and high resolution stationary liquid for chromatogram analysis.

Package, Transportation and Storage:

1.The product is stored in wide-mouth glass bottle, 1.5kg. Each attached quality detection report form, and quality certificate which indicate product name, net weight, grade, production date and manufacturer.

2.The product is transported according to dangerous product, and strong shock should be avoided.

3.Stored in dry and clean places, and room temperature not above 40. Light and heat should be avoided.

4.When heating to melt the product, temperature should not exceed 140 to prevent decompose.
